Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about tickets, workshops, and what to expect at Vibescape 2026.

The Basics

Vibescape is a 4 day transformational cultural festival set in a natural, serene environment. Think art, music, wellness, fine dining, and real human connection, all in one place. It’s built for anyone who feels like life has gotten too loud and is ready to slow down, play, create, and reconnect.

November 26 to 29, 2026.

Inside IITA (International Institute of Tropical Agriculture), Ibadan. Wide open fields, walking trails, lakes, and forest — basically nature’s own version of a reset button. You can view the exact location here.

Honestly, anyone looking for a break from the noise. Whether you’re an introspector who wants silence and slow walks, a play seeker who wants games and laughter, a releaser who wants to shed the weight of the city, or a creative looking for fresh inspiration, there’s a place for you.

Tickets & Packages

There are two tracks: Room Packages (for guests who want a bed) and Camper Edition (for guests who’d rather sleep under the stars). Prices range from ₦174,500 for General Access up to ₦880,000 for the Platinum VIP Package.

Full 4 day access to all open programming: Play Paths, Movie Night, The Talk Den, Creative Showcase, Vibe Bazaar, evening soirees, and general floor access to the Black Tie Dinner & Ball. It does not include accommodation, meals, workshops, or nature activities. It’s ideal if you live in Ibadan or you’re sorting your own accommodation.

Each tier builds on the one before it:

  • Bronze: shared room, breakfast daily
  • Silver: Bronze plus dinner every evening, including the Black Tie Dinner
  • Gold: Silver plus lunch, plus your first workshop (Art & Craft or Wellness)
  • Diamond: private single room, all meals, 2 workshops, and 1 nature activity (Forest Walk or Fishing)
  • Platinum VIP: private room, all meals, 3 workshops (2 Art & Craft + 1 Wellness), and 1 nature activity

Yes. Camper Edition mirrors the Room Packages tier for tier, just at a lower price point, since you’re trading a bed for a tent. One thing to note: unlike the room packages, breakfast is a paid add-on for Camper Bronze and above rather than automatically complimentary at the base tier.

Yes. If you’re on Bronze or Camper Bronze, lunch is ₦28,700 per day and dinner is ₦30,000 per day as add-ons.

Yes. Start with General Access at ₦174,500 as your base, then add exactly what you want: accommodation (shared, private, or camping), meals, Art & Craft sessions, Wellness sessions, and nature activities — all a la carte. Build yours here.

Workshops & Activities

Pottery, painting, candle making, jewellery making, fragrance blending, scrapbooking, embroidery, and texture art. There are 8 sessions in the pool. Gold guests pick 1, Diamond guests pick up to 2, and Platinum guests pick 2 (required).

Pilates, aerobics, yoga, dance/workout, meditation, an introspective/therapy session, and massage. There are 7 sessions in the pool. Gold guests can pick 1 if they choose Wellness over Art & Craft, Diamond guests may pick 1 optionally, and Platinum guests pick 1 (required).

A guided Forest Walk through IITA’s protected forest reserve, or a relaxed riverside Fishing session. These are available from Diamond tier upward, one per booking.

Sessions are facilitator-led and subject to availability. You select your preference, and your specific session and schedule get confirmed after booking.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Each day has its own rhythm, but here’s a taste:

  • Day 1: arrivals, welcome lunch, Play Paths, and Fusion Night (dinner, a signature scent ritual, and a movie under the stars)
  • Day 2: sunrise yoga/pilates, breakfast with soulful house music by the pool, Creatives Showcase & Crafts workshops like candle-making, pottery, and painting, plus games like tug of war and many more, rest time, dinner buffet, and an evening improv session
  • Day 3: breakfast with soft jazz and a soul audit, The Talk Den (talks on scaling in Africa and wealth building, plus trivia), active play (biking, football, pool volleyball, tennis), the Black Tie Dinner with tribe awards, and dancing after
  • Day 4: a guided forest walk, breakfast, a heartfelt notes exchange with new friends, and departure

Practical Stuff

There’s a Black Tie Dinner & Ball on Day 3, so you’ll want something formal for that evening. Outside of that, casual and comfortable works, especially for the outdoor and active sessions.
